Mr. Lai has over 29 years of solid experience in corporate finance and commercial field in Greater China. He also possesses professional knowledge and senior managerial experience. His areas of practice are predominantly in the leadership of initial public offerings, merges and acquisitions matters and financial advisory services for diversified large companies. He is specialized in preparing for listing, planning for pre-initial public offering financing and underwriting as well as liaising with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Securities and Futures Commissions.

He graduated from the University of Sheffield in United Kingdom with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer under the Securities and Future Ordinance to carry out Type 1 and Type 6 regulated activities (dealing in securities and advising on corporate).

Ms. Wu has over 20 years of experiences in corporate finance focusing on IPO sponsorship and financial advisory services with proven successful track records in deal origination and execution. She also possess strong ability to develop strategic plans and provide innovative solutions to resolve clients’ business and financial issues. Ms. Wu was involved in many pre-IPO and IPO fund-raising, merger and acquisitions and reverse takeovers (RTOs) projects during the past 10 years. She had successfully completed 14 IPOs listed both on the Main Board and the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the past 6 years; at the same time she also involved in and completed 3 RTOs. Prior to joining Messis, she was the Managing Director of a sizable financial institution (which was listed on the Main Board) for many years.   She graduated from California State University Los Angeles with a bachelor degree of Science, Business Administration and Accounting. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). She is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commissions as a Sponsor Principal and Responsible Officer under the Securities and Future Ordinance to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advisory on corporate finance) regulated activities.

Ms. Yeu has over 27 years of solid experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and various financial advisory transactions. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Yeu is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer under the Securities and Future Ordinance to carry out Type 6 regulated activities (advising on corporate finance).

Ms. Cheung was awarded a Bachelor of Economics degree by the University of Sydney, Australia in June 1993. She is a practising member of HKICPA and a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. She has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and corporate finance. Prior to joining Messis Capital, Ms. Cheung was employed by Red Sun Capital Limited as Responsible Officer and Senior Management. Ms. Cheung is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer under the Securities and Future Ordinance to carry out Type 6 regulated activities (advising on corporate finance).
